Festivities start at 4:30 p.m. with music and the meeting will begin at 5 p.m. In addition to the various speakers, Deputy Mayor Stroud will be talking about the progress of the 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan. Home Base Housing, with its two emergency shelters — In From the Cold and Lily’s Place – and the Housing First and Prevention Diversion programs, has embraced the plan and will be announcing the progress our agency has made in reducing the number of homeless individuals and families in our community. We’ll also be celebrating 30 years providing housing and housing related services!
